Guest Ratings & Reviews
Stayed at the apartment with the kids; the rooms were basic but great for families with a full kitchen and 2 floors. However, the loft was extremely dangerous. Despite putting the temperature up to 28, it was uncomfortable. The location, steps from Darling Harbor, was perfect, and the views were amazing. The service was understanding but had confusing incidents with signage removal. The dining options were limited and not up to par. Overall, a convenient yet mixed experience.
The hotel offers great views of Darling Harbour from the clean rooms, although there was a minor issue with an iron that needed replacement. The service was friendly and helpful, with minor concerns about the lifts. The location is fantastic, close to many Sydney activities and within walking distance to Darling Harbour. The dining experience was not ideal as the nearby restaurant had closed permanently. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Sydney.
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Darling Harbour and within close walking distance to everything. The rooms may need a makeover but the service was very nice and helpful. Close to plenty of transport options and local amenities, with dining options nearby although a bit hit or miss.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to transport and close to Darling Harbour, making it easy to access various Sydney attractions. The rooms, although high up steep stairs and with low wide gap railings due to the pub across the road, provided easy access to shopping, public transit, and city attractions. However, some rooms had issues with a musty smell, mainly due to wetness and poor ventilation through the windows and external doors.
